Startup Brand Strategist & Consultant – Comprehensive Brand Building for New Cosmetic Line

I am looking for a professional Brand Strategist and Marketing Consultant to help me build a new cosmetic brand from the ground up. I am currently in the pre-launch phase and intend to run a pilot "Coming Soon" campaign to validate market demand and product utility before a full-scale rollout. I need a partner who can work in a systematic, data-driven manner to transform this concept into a market-ready startup. Scope of Work: Brand Identity & Foundation: Naming, brand voice, and positioning based on current market trends. Market Analysis: Understanding the target audience and defining our "Unique Selling Proposition" (USP). Marketing Strategy: Developing a roadmap for digital marketing and organic growth. Pilot Launch Management: Setting up a "Coming Soon" landing page strategy to gauge consumer interest and collect pre-launch feedback. Visual Strategy: Overseeing the creative direction for the website and packaging (execution of the website is a secondary phase, but the strategy must come first). Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in startup brand building (Cosmetics/Beauty industry is a plus). Strong understanding of market psychology and consumer behavior. Ability to work systematically: Research -> Strategy -> Execution -> Feedback. Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset.
