Hello, The biggest issue here is definitely the low resolution artwork, and I wouldn’t treat every image the same. I’d first audit the 82 to 171 ppi pages and separate elements that can still reproduce acceptably at final size from artwork that genuinely needs redrawing. Text should be fully re typeset as live text, while recurring bluebirds, botanical borders, cards, and diagrams can be rebuilt selectively at print quality rather than unnecessarily recreating every page from scratch. I’d build the book in Adobe InDesign because the reusable series template is clearly the most important deliverable. Paragraph and Character Styles, Parent Pages for each page type, consistent large print typography, linked assets, and a clearly organised library would allow another designer to update future titles without depending on me. I can prepare separate KDP and spiral print files, including the required cover variations, and hand over the complete packaged InDesign source.
