FLOW blockchain - looking for CADENCE a new resource oriented smart contract programming language designed for the Flow Blockchain

I'm looking to pull data regarding sales on the blockchain, anyone with stock market charting experience will have an advantage.

Here is some background info:

Per my understanding they are on the Flow Blockchain ([login to view URL]) and execute transactions through Dapper Labs ([login to view URL])

There are a couple of sites that appear to do it successfully

I'm not looking to completely re-create the Evaluate example - I'd like to have some basics like they do, but I'd like to focus on more advantage data sets. I'm interested in be able to use the data to better understand all sales by item, including reading each and every sale - to see anomalies like purchase way below price - maybe even an ability to alert me when items are put for sale below specific parameters.

Any examples of previous charting or data work is required.
