Skilled Blender Animator Needed

I’m putting together a small team to handle several upcoming 3D pieces and I need a versatile animator who lives and breathes Blender. The briefs are still fluid, so whether the final output ends up being a stylised character performance, a glossy product showcase, or a sweeping environmental fly-through, I’ll lean on your expertise to shape it. What I can share now: • All work must be built natively in Blender, with scenes clearly organised so I can revisit them later. • Final delivery will include the .blend file, rendered footage in 1080p (or higher if agreed), plus any baked caches or textures used. • A quick turnaround on preview playblasts is important so we can lock timing before final lighting and render passes in Cycles or Eevee.
