I have 20–30 cardiology-focused outpatient scenarios that must be coded within three days. Each case comes as a short write-up accompanied by supporting images (echocardiograms, ECG snapshots, or physician notes). Your task is to read each scenario, determine the correct primary and any applicable secondary ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes, and return them in a concise, case-numbered list. Accuracy and strict adherence to the official ICD-10-CM guidelines are critical because these codes will feed directly into our billing system.
