I need an experienced Tender Executive / Manager who can run our entire bidding cycle from Dwarka, New Delhi. You should already be comfortable reading voluminous RFPs, spotting every compliance point and then translating them into winning bids for Government Procurement, Private-Sector tenders and even occasional International contracts. Your daily playground will be the GeM Portal, the central E-procurement Portal and other Indian government platforms, so deep hands-on knowledge of their workflows, document formats and submission deadlines is essential. From identifying and analysing fresh notices to preparing cost sheets, commercial proposals and the final technical & financial bids, I expect you to own every step, coordinating smoothly with Sales, Finance, Technical and Legal for the supporting paperwork. Keeping track of EMDs, Bank Guarantees, vendor registrations and statutory documents, plus maintaining a clear MIS on bid status, will be part of your routine. Any graduate is welcome, but you must be able to join immediately and work on-site in our Delhi office.
