Bespoke UK Property Portal Website professional developer

I am looking for a very talented individual or team based in the Lancashire area that can help me build and deliver a fully professional, bespoke and very exciting secure property website portal that will work similar to the current UK market leaders by accepting live data streams and offering property search results from UK estate agents along with a offering a host of property related services under one roof. You must however be able to demonstrate your experience working with similar property portals and have experience of uploading and managing advanced databases and multiple management reports including the rightmove UTF-8 and XML data feeds and will have access, experience and test data of the relevant modules needed. This of course is only a part of a larger project, as the website will need to seamlessly integrate another 3 or 4 property related modules like this over the next few months and be smart phone and tablet friendly. You will be working from PSD files and illustrator page template designs and the site must have a fully editable CMS back end system and be built using HTML5 and be future proof.
