I’m curating a series of spirits-focused tasting events and need a creative partner to craft original, citrus-and-fruity driven flavor concepts exclusively for gin. Think along the lines of unexpected botanical pairings, seasonal fruit infusions, house-made syrups or cordials, aromatic mists—anything that can turn a standard pour into a memorable, story-rich experience for guests. For each concept I’ll look for: • a concise flavour pairing name • the key ingredients and proportions (garnish, syrup, infusion, or smoke if applicable) • a short tasting‐note narrative that highlights aroma, mid-palate and finish • a quick tip on presentation or service style that ties the theme together The aim is a set of plug-and-play ideas I can hand straight to bar staff and event planners. If you have experience with flavour mapping, sensory analysis, or cocktail R&D, that insight will be invaluable. Deliver at least 10 fully-fleshed concepts to start; I’m open to iterative collaboration if you want to refine after initial feedback.
