Whipping Cream Pastry Demo

I have just launched a new whipping-cream and cooking cream line and want it introduced in the most convincing way possible—right in my client’s own kitchen. The session will centre on sauces, pastry and dessert applications only, so the chef must be completely at home with mousses, éclairs, entremets, plated desserts and similar preparations that truly let a premium cream shine. The format is a hands-on technique showcase for a very small audience (no more than five bakery decision-makers). I need clear step-by-step demonstrations of aeration, piping, stabilising and finishing methods, together with concise explanations of why this particular cream performs the way it does. Recipes are welcome as supporting material, but the spotlight should remain on professional technique: texture control, temperature management and presentation flair. We will be working with the client’s equipment, so adaptability and tidy mise-en-place are essential. Please allow for a brief pre-event call to confirm tools available, arrange ingredient lists and align on a one-hour run-of-show. After the demo, a short written recap (methods, tips, yields) will complete the engagement.
