Alongside flavor development, I need practical guidance on ingredient sourcing, cost control, and basic shelf-life expectations so the cookie stays irresistible on the shelf without compromising quality. A clear, step-by-step method that bakery staff can reproduce is essential, and any insight into packaging that preserves freshness will be highly valued. Future extensions into sugar or oatmeal raisin variants are possible, so a scalable framework is helpful.
