Healthcare Employment History Verification

I’m putting a pre-vetting process in place for several new healthcare hires and need someone who can handle thorough, third-party employment verification. The focus is strictly on confirming each candidate’s employment history—dates of service, titles held, and, where possible, reasons for separation. No education checks, criminal searches, or license validations are required this time; I only want rock-solid confirmation that the work experience on each résumé is real. You’ll be given a short list of candidates along with signed release forms and the contact details of their stated employers. Your role is to: • Contact HR or direct supervisors for each employer listed • Validate start/end dates and job titles, noting any discrepancies • Record who provided the information and when the conversation occurred • Compile a concise written report for every candidate Turnaround matters. Once you receive a file, I’d like the completed report back within two business days so I can keep the hiring timeline on track. Discretion and data security are a must; these candidates will be working with sensitive patient information. Experience dealing with healthcare organizations—and the sometimes slow-moving HR desks that come with them—will set you up for success here.
