For the next four weeks I need daily, 1.5-hour live sessions that sharpen my team’s customer-facing performance on our business-to-business U.S. campaigns. The top priority is improving communication skills, but each class should weave in practical strategies for customer retention and hands-on pitch correction. The group is already familiar with our products; what they lack is the ability to read a prospect’s tone, adjust their language on the fly, and rescue wobbling conversations before they slip away. I expect you to analyse a few of their recorded calls, pinpoint what went wrong, then model and rehearse better wording, pacing, and objection handling. Real-time role-plays, micro-feedback, and actionable take-home drills will help the lessons stick.
