Responsibilities: - Receive and handle incoming enquiries (email, messengers) from clients and agencies. - Conduct full client briefing: pickup/drop-off locations, pickup time, number of passengers, luggage, vehicle preferences, additional stops, special requests. - Prepare and send quotes/pricing; negotiate terms and obtain confirmation. - Enter bookings into the reservation system: vehicle type, price, payment terms, payer (client or agency), comments. - Communicate and coordinate with drivers: pass all details, ensure timely arrival, inform of route or schedule changes. - Prepare and send invoice/payment links; monitor payment status and required documents. - Manage the service end-to-end: handle issues, provide prompt updates to client/agency. - Maintain records and reports of completed services. Requirements: - Experience in concierge services, luxury transport/client service or operations/logistics management — required. - Fluent English (written and spoken) — required. - Excellent communication, polite and client-oriented manner, stress tolerance. - Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word; experience with booking systems/CRM is a plus. - Confident use of Google Maps (route planning, address verification, travel time estimation). - High punctuality, attention to detail, responsibility.
