About Our Company We provide: - Web applications - Website design and development - SaaS development - AI solutions (LLMs, RAG systems, RAG pipelines, and model training from scratch) - Mobile application development - Kiosk-based systems - Embedded systems We work on custom software solutions for businesses and startups. --- What We Need We are looking for someone who can: - Create strong ad creatives and high-converting ad copy - Set up and manage ad campaigns independently - Generate qualified B2B leads and serious business inquiries - Optimize campaigns for conversions (not just traffic) - Provide clear performance reports You can use platforms such as: - Google Ads - Facebook / Instagram Ads - LinkedIn Ads - Any other relevant B2B advertising platform --- Campaign Details - Test campaign duration: 3 days - Maximum ad budget: 1200 (we cover the full ad spend) - Base pay: 300 - Commission: 5% to 10% on successfully closed deals (based on performance and quality of leads) --- Payment Structure (Clear Terms) - We pay the ad budget directly. - You receive 300 base pay for running the campaign. - If a client generated from your campaign closes and makes payment, you receive 5%–10% commission on that deal. - If no clients are closed, there is no commission. This is a performance-based opportunity. --- Selection Process We will select multiple freelancers for this test campaign.
