Responsibilities: - Conduct online research to identify companies within our target industries - Find and verify key decision-makers (e.g., Owners, CFOs, Operations Managers, etc.) - Collect and validate essential data, including: - Company name, industry, and size - Contact details (email, LinkedIn, etc.) - Business relevance to our services - Organize and segment leads based on provided criteria - Maintain a clean and structured lead database (Google Sheets or Excel) - Submit daily or regular progress reports with clear metrics Target Industries: Manufacturing, logistics/warehousing, cold storage, commercial buildings, retail/malls, hotels/resorts, hospitals, schools/universities, gas stations, and agricultural facilities Requirements: - Proven experience in B2B market research, lead generation, or prospecting - Strong internet research and data validation skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent reporting and organization skills - Will be hired for a month Deliverables • Qualified target company lists • Contact/personnel database of decision-makers • Daily progress and output reports o Metrics: Number of qualified leads/research outputs delivered
