Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business and close deals on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong B2B sales skills who is comfortable managing the full sales cycle independently. Key Responsibilities • Identify and prospect potential clients across target industries • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings • Present and demonstrate Install AI Systems’ solutions in a consultative manner • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting • Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals Qualifications • Proven experience in B2B or SaaS sales preferred • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline • Performance-driven with a results-oriented mindset • Experience selling technology, automation, or AI solutions is an advantage Compensation Structure • Commission-only compensation • Earn approximately $1,000 for every $4,000 sale • Earn approximately $2,500 for every $8,000 sale • Uncapped earning potential based on performance • Additional performance incentives may be available for top performers Why Join This is an opportunity to represent a high-demand AI solution that delivers measurable ROI for businesses by increasing lead capture, improving response times, and maximizing operational efficiency.
