Client Success & Sales Representative (Confidential B2B Growth Firm – Management Revamp) A B2B sales enablement and lead generation firm is hiring a Client Success & Sales Representative to support an active client portfolio during a structured management transition. This is an immediate joining role. The selected candidate will begin handling live client accounts from Day 1. Role Overview Manage existing B2B clients assigned to you immediately upon joining Serve as primary point of contact for client communication Conduct one-on-one client calls and performance reviews Ensure deliverables align with agreed KPIs (SQLs, MQLs, meetings booked) Coordinate with internal SDR and data teams to track execution Address client concerns proactively and professionally Provide structured performance updates and reporting Support retention and renewal discussions when required Key Responsibilities Take ownership of assigned client accounts immediately Monitor campaign performance and outreach quality Track lead qualification standards (SQL vs MQL clarity) Escalate internal performance issues when necessary Maintain weekly client communication cadence Document client feedback and improvement requests Support upsell opportunities when performance improves Requirements 1–4 years experience in B2B sales, SDR, account management, or client success Strong understanding of outbound sales and lead qualification Comfortable handling dissatisfied or demanding clients Clear written and verbal English communication Process-driven and KPI-focused Able to join immediately and manage live client accounts without ramp-up delay Who Should Apply Reps with experience managing existing B2B clients Individuals confident in handling performance conversations Candidates comfortable working in a structured, accountability-driven environment
