Baby/Kids Fashion Brand Global Outreach

We are looking for a freelancer who can connect our Indian Baby and Kids Fashion brand with international buyers (US, UK, Europe, Middle East). Over the past few seasons, global fashion has been embracing Indian aesthetics — from Prada showcasing Kolhapuri-inspired silhouettes to Ralph Lauren incorporating traditional Indian elements. This reflects a larger shift towards heritage, craftsmanship, and authenticity. Our brand builds on this movement by translating Indian arts and cultural motifs into contemporary global silhouettes. We focus on sustainable production, organic materials, and globally aligned standards such as GOTS certification. IMPORTANT: This is NOT a cold outreach or lead generation role. We are only looking for someone with an existing network of buyers. What you will do (Scope of Work): - Identify and introduce our brand to relevant international buyers, boutiques, and retail partners - Actively pitch our collections in a way that aligns with each buyer’s market and customer profile - Coordinate sampling process (sharing requirements, feedback, follow-ups) - Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and basic commercial terms with buyers - Drive conversations towards confirmed orders (not just introductions) - Manage communication between buyer and our team until order closure - Provide market insights: trends, pricing expectations, competitor positioning - Help refine our product offering based on buyer feedback - Build and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business Who should apply: - Ex-buying house merchandisers - Freelance sourcing agents with buyer connections - Export consultants with retail networks - Professionals with direct access to international boutique or retail buyers Ideal Experience: - Experience working with global brands, buying houses, or export agencies - Strong understanding of fashion/lifestyle retail markets - Knowledge of export pricing, margins, and buyer expectations - Ability to communicate and negotiate with international clients Compensation: - Commission-based (5%–10% per confirmed order) - Incentives for repeat buyers and long-term partnerships To apply, please include: 1.
