A chi farà questo lavoro chiedo di: • avere esperienza nel dialogo diretto con imprenditori e figure decisionali – la tua esperienza principale è con piccole e medie imprese, quindi sai come ragionano gli imprenditori; • gestire la chiamata in piena autonomia, senza script da call-center; • qualificare il contatto comprendendo il contesto prima di proporre l’incontro (questo è anche il tuo metodo abituale di cold-call); • fissare data, ora e canale dell’appuntamento e trasmettermi le informazioni chiave su azienda, referente e criticità rilevate. Compenso: riconosco da 60 € a 100 € per ogni appuntamento che rispetti i requisiti di qualifica concordati; il valore sale in base alla profondità delle informazioni raccolte. Per candidarti, includi: 1. due righe sui clienti B2B che hai già gestito; 2. una breve descrizione di come imposti la prima telefonata; 3. un esempio concreto di conversazione andata a buon fine. L’obiettivo è costruire una collaborazione stabile: se i primi slot generati saranno all’altezza, il volume potrà crescere in modo organico. Le candidature senza risposta ai 3 punti richiesti non verranno considerate.
