Looking for an expert in creating custom policies for Azure B2C Identity Experience Framework. I need to allow for Username creation/login, email verification, and External login with Twitter (using the twitter handle as the default username before checking for duplicates in the directory on submission).
Will also need to ability to add Twitter to an existing local account in a separate flow via account linkage:

I've gotten userName creation and Twitter login to work individually, but need assistance combining them and including the features mentioned above. Please see the attached policies for your review.
Consultant will be giving access to the B2C Azure directory to be able to test custom policy configuration.
