Project Overview:
I am seeking assistance in designing and developing a new Logic App utilizing Azure Logic App and Azure Storage Table to enhance the security and efficiency of our current system.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proficient knowledge and extensive experience with Azure Logic App and Azure Storage Table.
- Proven experience in designing and developing robust and scalable Logic Apps.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and debugging of Logic Apps.
- Proficiency in optimizing and enhancing existing Logic Apps.
Existing Infrastructure:
Currently, we have a mechanism in place where, upon the addition of a new Office365 MFA device to a user’s account, an email is triggered to their alternative email address on file. This email features two links allowing users to verify or refute the addition of the MFA device.
Project Requirements:
1. The clicked link needs to retain the same parameters as the email and the data must be stored in an Azure Table.
2. The source IP of the request should be captured with restrictions allowing one request per minute and no more than five requests daily.
3. Access to the Azure Table should be read-only, confined to specific public IPs or accessible with a specified API key.
4. Provisions should be made to allow the deletion of an entry from the table, accessible from the predetermined public IPs or with a designated API key.
Optimizations:
I am open to restructuring the existing infrastructure to facilitate more efficient management. If the Logic App can extract Azure Directory audit logs and “other emails” from user profiles, consolidating the infrastructure would be highly advantageous.
