UAE Aviation Licensing Compliance & Operational efficiency

We are building an aviation operations platform and are looking for a UAE-based aviation expert with strong knowledge of GCAA regulations and real-world operational workflows. This is NOT a traditional licensing project. The goal is to translate aviation compliance and operational processes into a scalable software system. Scope includes: • Mapping real-world licensing and compliance workflows (AOC, ATO, AMO) • Identifying key regulatory requirements from UAE CARs and GCAA processes • Advising how these translate into system features and data structures • Highlighting common operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies Requirements: • Experience in airline, charter, or aviation operations • Strong understanding of UAE GCAA regulations • Ability to think in systems and workflows, not just documentation We are not looking for generic consulting reports, but practical input that can be directly used in product development.
