Call Center Marketing Video & Photos

Our Jacksonville, FL contact center needs a unified library of imagery that we can deploy across brochures, our website, and future campaigns. I’m looking for one professional who can handle both videography and still photography so the visual tone stays perfectly consistent. Scope of shoot • Capture polished employee interviews (on-camera sound and lighting set-ups included) • Film and photograph the office environment—lobbies, production floor, break areas—to showcase our culture • Record dynamic “operators-in-action” shots on headsets, screens, and collaboration huddles Everything must maintain a clean, corporate-and-professional aesthetic; think sharp lighting, tidy framing, and minimal color grading that aligns with brand guidelines I’ll share beforehand. Deliverables 1. 3–4 minute marketing montage edited from interview sound-bites and B-roll, delivered in 1080p H.264 2. Up to 10 vertical clips (≤30 sec) optimized for social posts 3. A curated set of 40+ retouched high-resolution photos (JPEG + RAW) covering the scenarios above 4. All original footage and RAW files on shared cloud storage On-site time is one half day; please bring all necessary equipment, lighting, and mics, etc. Post-production can be remote, but I’d like first cuts within one week, final assets within two.
