The objective is to create a AH Logistics Model with the scope : warehouse organization excluded ,the flow inside production building until operators and compliant with the mixed lines Concept Target of WP - Retex on existing solutions in other similar companies (aero or automotive) with pro & cons - Identification of Best solution for Helicopters and Mixed Lines Concept - Build a AH Logistics and distribution Model including perfo, surface, costs indicators and others - List of Requirements for Logistics supplier, Warehouse and potentially design - Implementation Roadmap methodology (technology bricks including transformation mode) Profile/skills interesting: - Skills on Logistic Creation in automotive company - Good mindset to be able to help us to progress on this topics FRENCH REQUIRED
