German Automotive Finance Research Support

About the Role: We are looking for detail-oriented freelance mystery shoppers to conduct in-person visits at authorized dealerships of a major automotive brand. Your main task will be to evaluate and report on the dealership’s automotive finance offerings and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Visit assigned dealerships as a mystery shopper, posing as a prospective customer. Assess the dealership’s finance products, services, and customer engagement. Complete standardized questionnaires and provide accurate, unbiased feedback. Submit reports and insights within agreed deadlines. Requirements: Excellent communication and observation skills. Ability to act professionally and maintain anonymity during visits. Basic understanding of automotive finance concepts is preferred. Flexible schedule and willingness to travel locally. Must be over 18 years old and legally allowed to work as a freelancer in Germany. Compensation: Paid per visit and/or per completed questionnaire (rates provided upon assignment).
