Hello, I need a schematic and 2-layer PCB layout for an automotive-grade Multi-Port USB Charger box. It's a hardware-only project (no firmware/software). Key Goals: Target Manufacturing Cost: Under €15 per unit (PCBA) for a 100-unit run. Component Selection: Must use low-cost, highly integrated standard ICs (e.g., Injoinic, Southchip) from LCSC/JLCPCB. PCB Size: Approx. 65 x 40 mm or smaller (Open-Frame). Mounting: M3 screw holes in the corners with a strict 6mm diameter keep-out zone. Interfaces & Topology Input: 12V/24V DC + 1x SMD USB port (Data-Input from car radio). Outputs ($90^\circ$ Shrouded JST PH 2.0 connectors): Port 1 & 2 (USB-A): Shared Buck-Regler (QC3.0 / Apple 2.4A, max. 24W total). Port 3 (USB-C): Shared USB-PD 3.0 / QC3.0 combo controller. Port 4 (USB-C Combo): Shares power with Port 3 (max. 30W-40W total) + passive $D+/D-$ data bypass from the Radio-Input for Android Auto/CarPlay. Safety & Protection (Mandatory) Input: On-board Car-Mini-Fuse (7.5A/10A) + TVS Load-Dump protection (ISO 7637-2). EMC: LC filter according to CISPR 25 (No radio interference). Output: Individual PTC/Polyfuse + ESD protection (15 kV) on all JST ports. Deliverables: Complete Schematics & PCB Layout (2-Layer, FR4, 1.6mm, $\ge35\mu m$ copper). Production files: Gerbers, CPL (Pick&Place), BOM (LCSC part numbers), and a 3D STEP file. Please share your previous automotive/power delivery PCB designs. Looking forward to your bids!

I can design this as a compact automotive-grade USB charging platform optimized specifically for low BOM cost, JLCPCB assembly, and EMC-safe vehicle operation. My approach would use highly integrated automotive-friendly PD/QC controllers (Injoinic/Southchip class), synchronized buck topology, ISO 7637-2 load-dump protection, TVS filtering, and CISPR-25-conscious layout practices to minimize conducted and radiated noise inside the vehicle. The PCB will be designed as a dense but manufacturable 2-layer layout with proper thermal copper balancing, high-current routing, controlled grounding, fuse/PTC protection, ESD protection on all ports, and correct keep-out handling around M3 mounting points. I have experience with power electronics, USB-C PD integration, automotive input protection, and compact production-oriented PCB design using LCSC/JLC-compatible components. Deliverables will include full schematic, PCB source, Gerbers, CPL, BOM with LCSC numbers, assembly notes, and STEP model ready for JLCPCB/PCBWay manufacturing.
