n8n + YouTube Data API V3 Workflow Cleanup (Google Sheets Logic Fix)

We have an existing n8n-based YouTube Data API V3 automation workflow already built and partially working. This is NOT a build-from-scratch project. Your task is to: • Trace and fix any broken or missing links in the YouTube V3 upload / ingestion flow • Validate RAW data capture logic (no overwriting of existing records) • Identify and repair broken Google Sheets formula references • Refine weak or inconsistent scoring logic inside the sheet • Ensure the flow between VIDEO_RAW → VIDEO_SCORE → CHANNEL_SCORE works correctly • Remove duplicated or conflicting logic where necessary Scope is strictly limited to the YouTube V3 part only. No work on TTS, video generation, FFmpeg, or other pipelines. Environment: • n8n • YouTube Data API V3 • Google Sheets (formula-based scoring logic) • Existing documentation in Notion (will be provided) Deliverables: • Fully working and stable YouTube V3 workflow • Cleaned and validated Google Sheets logic • Short documentation explaining what was fixed • Screenshots + short walkthrough video (5–10 mins) Requirements: • Proven experience with n8n workflows • Experience with YouTube Data API V3 (upload + metadata logic) • Strong Google Sheets formula debugging skills • Ability to trace existing automation systems (not just build new ones) Timeline: 1–2 days Budget: $80 fixed When applying: Share links to similar n8n or API automation work.
