I need an experienced consultant who can spend time at our premises, sit with the finance team, map every step of our current workflow, and then turn the most repetitive pieces into seamless automations. Right now all our invoicing, expense tracking and store‐level finance entries live in a mix of Excel, Google Sheets and a legacy tool called Ginysis. The manual copying, data cleanup and reconciliations are slowing us down and increasing the chance of error. Here is what I expect from the engagement: • Shadow the team to document each task in invoicing, expense tracking and store finance entry posting. • Identify quick-win automations (macros, scripts, API connectors, or a lightweight add-on) that can sit on top of Excel/Sheets and Ginysis without breaking our existing flow. • Propose any larger-scale improvements—whether that is integrating a dedicated accounting package or tying the data into a small ERP layer—along with the pros, cons and cost implications. • Build and test the agreed automations, provide clear SOPs and a hand-over session so my staff can run them confidently after you leave.
