I need the process of searching for accounts and prospects to be automated. For account research, I'd like to have a google sheet built that allows you to select fields from a drop-down list (including state, city, employee count, keywords, vertical/industry, etc.). You'd click a 'find accounts' button and this would then search for companies in LinkedIn Sales Navigator automatically, and return a list of companies that meet that criteria).
To calculate the employee count, this would require automating a parallel search for the company in Crunchbase to see if there is a parent company and subsidiary company. All employees for each of the parent and subsidiary companies would need to be added together to get a total count. Then return results that meet the employee upper and lower range defined in the search fields.
The search results would automatically rule out companies with a parent company that's headquartered in a different location than defined in the search fields, except for parent companies that are private equity firms or holding companies. Each company returned in the search would also count the number of instances of a specified keyword (for example 'Kubernetes) listed in, and the search criteria would specify the minimum count of that keyword occurring. This would need to search only the description field for each employee's roles at that specific organization (do not count keywords in previous company position roles listed). I have a list of all criteria, that would be needed to automated (I've covered most of the big requirements above), and will share after accepting the contract. This would be for milestone #1 that needs to be done by the latest, Monday (4.19).
The second milestone would be to automate pulling 40 key people for each of the company results returned that meet a specific set of criteria. I have a list of 134 titles (and there would be variations of those title names), plus a key of general keywords that would automatically need to be run against LI contacts for that company. There are specific fields that would need to be pulled and calculated in order to define an official score and ranking for each of those companies that I can walk through the formula and details for how.
The third milestone would be to set up analytics in google sheets that are visualized using Kibana to make the understanding of the companies and prospects more consumable and actionable. I'll explain more after milestones 1 and 2 are completed. I'd also like the freelancer to set up unsupervised machine learning to find patterns within the data to identify a formula that accurately identifies champions within each of the accounts. After each of these milestones is completed, I'd also like for the freelancer to teach me how all of this was automated, so I can learn and be able to complete similar needs for automation / make adjustments.
