The swap itself is quick. What breaks these migrations is the response shape, so that is where I would start. ScrapingBee is a GET with everything in the query string - api_key, url, render_js, premium_proxy, extract_rules - and it returns raw HTML as the body. Firecrawl-style APIs like CrawlCrawl are a POST: bearer token in the Authorization header, JSON body with url and formats, and the content comes back inside a JSON envelope rather than as the body itself. So every downstream module reading the HTTP module's raw output has to be re-pointed at the nested field. Swap only the URL and headers and the scenario still runs green while quietly writing empty cells into Sheets. That is the failure I would be hunting. Plan: 1. Map every ScrapingBee call and note what each downstream module consumes. 2. Rebuild each as a CrawlCrawl POST - header auth, JSON body, Parse response on. 3. Re-map downstream fields, including error branches and retry behaviour. 4. Run end to end on real inputs and diff against a pre-migration run before handing back. API integration is my day job - I build and run SwiftSource/HighAPI, a wallet-aggregation API gateway - so auth changes and response mapping are familiar ground. $30 and 2 days, within your stated budget.
