Meta Business WhatsApp OTP Setup

I run an e-commerce store Using Msg91 and I need my Meta Business Manager configured so that I can send one-time passwords and other automated messages through WhatsApp. The objective is straightforward: users must receive secure login codes, transaction confirmations, and the occasional promotional notification directly in their WhatsApp chat. Here is what I expect from you: • Set up or tune my Meta Business Manager and verify the WhatsApp Business account, phone number, and display name so Meta approves message templates quickly(All I will provide). • Create three template categories—login authentication, transaction verification, and promotional offers—making sure each follows Meta’s compliance rules and local regulations. • Guide me (or my developer) on generating and refreshing access tokens, adding the appropriate webhooks, and connecting the API to my Shopify-based checkout so OTPs are triggered at the correct step. • Test end-to-end: user requests an OTP, receives it in WhatsApp within seconds, submits it, and the flow completes successfully. Please demonstrate the same for order confirmation and a sample promo push. • Provide brief documentation so future templates and phone numbers can be added without starting from scratch.
