Our SME wants to replace a patchwork of Excel spreadsheets and sales platforms including Woo Commerce, Shopee and TikTok, with Claude-driven workflows that run without human intervention. The scope covers three areas: • Daily sales reporting – Claude should pull figures from the existing sales spreadsheet, summarise key KPIs, then email or Slack a neatly formatted report every morning. • Invoicing – when a sale is logged, Claude must auto-generate a PDF invoice from the spreadsheet data and drop it into a shared folder (or push to Xero if you prefer). • Consignment sales – issue delivery order, update monthly sales and offset against consignment inventory. • Inventory updates – stock levels in our master sheet need to be adjusted instantly after each sale, with low-stock alerts triggered at a threshold we set. All logic can remain in Google Sheets or Excel Online if that accelerates delivery; the goal is to have Claude orchestrate the steps, not to rebuild the data model.
