I already have a solid Beckhoff TwinCAT program running one of our stations stations. I now need that proven logic adapted and commissioned on a second, nearly identical arm so it operates just as reliably. The work starts with reviewing the existing TwinCAT 3 project, mapping the EtherCAT I/O for the new cabinet, tweaking motion parameters where the mechanics differ, and then loading everything to the CX controller. After deployment, I will need the full functional test: start/stop, homing, safety chains, and a complete production cycle to prove repeatability. Once the arm is cycling cleanly, spend some time beside the line with my maintenance crew. A practical “teach-as-we-go” session is perfect—show them how to tweak set-points, clear common faults, and pull updated source code. Deliverables • Updated TwinCAT project files and source code • Runtime loaded and verified on the new controller • Test report confirming successful control of the robotic arm • Hands-on training plus short written quick-reference notes Remote VPN access is available, but on-site commissioning is welcome if you travel. I’m aiming to have the arm moving within two weeks of kickoff, so availability and prior Beckhoff motion experience will be key.
