For your case here's the approach: 1. using n8n, fully customized setup for logic, if you preferred other, we can do it 2. for creating event & custom color for each event we can do custom API Call. i've checked it already 3. For the color, we can set it in Sheets, so for future used, no need modify the flow, just the sheets value To prevent duplication, we can do it by title or notion id, or attendees.
