LLM output has to become HTML that survives Outlook, which ignores most modern layout. Table-based markup and inline styles decide whether it looks intentional in a corporate inbox or like a broken page. I would build the template once and let the model fill it, rather than emitting markup per issue. On the pipeline: a daily schedule pulling topics from your sheet or feed, an LLM call against your style instructions with a fixed section structure so issues stay consistent, then dispatch through your ESP. Run state and send log live in the same place, and failure alerting is a real branch rather than an error buried in a log someone has to remember to check. Two things worth deciding early: whether topics are human-approved before send or published automatically, and whether consent and unsubscribe handling stays entirely inside the ESP, which it should.
