Job Description:
I am building a large post frame barn style building on my property, and I need both a site plan and a foundation design I can give to the contractors who are creating the pad and constructing the foundation.
The main section of building is 80'X160'. There will also be a 32' lean-to off one side and off one end. I have found a local truss manufacturer that creates the 80' trusses I want. I just need the site plan and foundation design.
I have attached a basic drawing of the building as well as the current floor plan and the information from the truss manufacturer and a map of the site. The topographical survey team has completed their survey and the geotechnical crew has already drilled the test holes. I am waiting for their report. It should be in early next week.
