Florida PE Stamp for New 8 ft Home Deck at my personal home

What I’m looking for is straightforward: review the structural layout, make any adjustments required for full Florida Building Code compliance, and provide a signed and sealed PE stamp on the final drawings so I can submit them to the City of Weston for permitting.
