Our church wants to put a 40' shipping container on its lot to use for storage The city requires that we have a drawing designed by a certified architect detailing the tie down method to make it secure to the ground The location is directly against the side of a 30' high block wall of our church We had intended to use screw in 48" Mob. Home tie downs that are avail from Lowes that have a capacity of 4725# each and meets the HUD reg. 3280 for manufactured housing. Is this sufficient & can provide such a drawing for these anchors and what would that cost us?
