CAD general arrangement plan

My project is a new build residential single storey building in Surrey, UK, just South of London.
I have gained authorisation to build.
I attach a floor plan ( which I have in CAD and PDF) I need to add some more internal detail and amend / show some internal dimensions to walls, windows, doors etc. I may also need a section through part of the building to show a mezzanine plant room floor.
I create drawings on paper and send them through by email with my instructions as guidance.
Unfortunately I don’t use CAD myself.
I’m a hands on small property developer and have had good results using Freelancer in the past.
It’s not a big job nor complicated.
