Innovative interior designer is neede - repost 3

I am looking for creative Architects and/or Interior designers to design the interiors of 2 story small villa built on160 m2 for each floor.

Scope of Work:

The main concern is to make a modern interior design with minimum additional construction cost. the design shall be a creative solution for organizing the spaces rather than just a decor. the design shall be uniquely design rather than imitating other projects. However; other project or photos can be used as a reference to get some guidance.

1. Redesign the plan layouts when necessary.

2. The design shall be under minimalist modern concept with luxurious touches.

3. Design of False ceiling (Gypsom Board) only for small Porch and Foyer, Sala (Hall) and Dewan ( Seating Area) and living room in first floor.

4. Design of lighting, paints and Decors.

5. Design of stair, windows, doors, grilles for windows and main doors and main furniture.

6. Room interior design shall be done by main furniture, paint, lighting, and small decorative and creative touches.

7. Toilet interior design shall be based on tiles and main fittings, paints, lighting and minimal decorative touches.

8. Design of Kitchen and Buffet based on tiles and main furniture and fittings, paints, lighting and minimal decorative touches.

9. Design of Back and front yard based on small trees grass and some small natural stone and creative touches.

prior to start with design of any space, there shall be discussions with the designer to get a clear idea of my interest of such space. and I might share some designs that might help the designer to understand my expectations.

expected deliverable :

1. 2D drawings for the interior design and detailing of the whole design for the whole space.

2. 2D drawings for design details for stair,window,door and so on.

3. High quality 3D photo realistic renders for all spaces.

4. High quality 3D photo realistic renders for section in plans and elevations

5. painting and decor details and specifications.

Project duration:

40 to 50 days as I am more concerned about getting high quality and unique design. but there shall be communications at least 3 times a week for updates.

The designer must submit his schedule plan with expected dates for deliverables.
