Salam, My name is Hüseyin. I memorized the Qur’an (became a Hafiz) at the age of nine. From the age of four until twenty, I received continuous classical Islamic education in a traditional madrasa system until 21 in Istanbul. During this period, I studied Sarf and Nahw (Arabic morphology and grammar), Tafsir, Hadith, Fiqh, and Kalam through classical methods. I speak and understand fasih (classical) Arabic, which allows me to read and work directly with original Qur’anic sources and classical tafsir texts. My general teaching methodology is as follows: At the beginning, I focus entirely on correct Qur’an recitation, starting from Elif-Ba (letters and articulation), without immediately diving into meanings or translations. The priority is to reach a solid level of accurate pronunciation and fluency in reading. After completing the foundational recitation stage, we move into classical Arabic studies, beginning with Sarf and Nahw: verb forms, tenses, active and passive participles (ism al-fa‘il, ism al-maf‘ul), and sentence structure. From there, we advance toward deeper grammatical understanding. If we decide to work together, I will provide a clear and structured curriculum, so the path forward is always transparent and goal-oriented. I usually conduct lessons via Google Meet.
