Need romanian landline phone traffic

I need romanian phone traffic. This is for people that have unlimited calls to Romania landline.
This project is for people that have already an abonament with unlimited landline calls.
Basicly, you have to call an ordinary Bucarest number (that I will provide you) and make traffic.(No need to make conversation, just form the number and keep open the connection)
More traffic you make, more monney you will get.
Please bid if you're able to make minim 10000 minutes/month (if you have free calls sunday and saturday, that's 10000 minute/month)
I need 2-3 individual person. Dettails PM.
If this project it's succesfully, it will be repetitive.
