I’m preparing a YouTube live session that I’ll run through OBS Studio and need everything set so viewers see my laptop screen while hearing my mic processed with an obvious autotune style effect plus echo and any other creative touches we decide on together. Here’s what I need from you: • Configure OBS Studio for full-screen capture and route my microphone through a real-time VST, software autotune, or comparable solution that works on Windows. • Apply pitch-correction that leans into a stylised sound (think echo-rich vocal FX rather than subtle correction). • Add an audible echo layer and show me how to drop in extra effects on the fly during the stream. • Optimise levels so the processed mic stays clear and in sync with the video feed. • Provide a quick reference sheet or short walkthrough video so I can replicate the setup before going live. If you’re comfortable juggling OBS audio routing (virtual cables, Voicemod, VST hosts, etc.) and know how to keep latency low, this should be straightforward. I’m ready to test as soon as the configuration is in place. Extra : When I start streaming my laptop gets slow and can't change the voice effects in real time Fix budget $10

If you're aiming for a virtual integrated studio for production, editing, and broadcasting, the Focusrite Scarlett Solo represents the minimum entry-level requirement: using software for live streaming is like "driving a tractor in an F1 race and expecting to change a tire while driving"; even with a high-performance desktop computer like an i9/Ryzen 9, the maximum total latency is at least 80-150ms. A latency below 1ms is considered very high, not to mention the latency caused by numerous audio processing tools. Monitoring is the most critical metric in live streaming; latency exceeding 10-25ms causes slight discomfort to the human ear. An 80-150ms total latency with a built-in sound card solution far exceeds the unacceptable threshold of 50ms (making natural speech impossible). The problem lies at the driver and chip level; the CPU's computing power cannot intervene. Switching to an entry-level professional sound card reduces latency to 3-10ms with ASIO driver optimization. It achieves two things that built-in sound cards cannot do architecturally: ASIO pass-through driver and hardware Direct Monitor. Suitable for real-time broadcasting. When the host says "Hello everyone," the audience hears "Hello everyone... hello... hello," and the delay becomes a ridiculous scene. This is not a consumer product investment to "upgrade the sound quality," but the lowest threshold solution to solve the engineering problem of "unacceptable monitoring delay" in integrated live broadcasting.
