Hi, Most engineers can make pop-punk sound loud, very few can make it sound genuinely mature without sanding off the energy that made the genre work in the first place, and that balance is really what separates a good mix from one that actually holds up on repeat listens. Mixing and mastering would be approached with that developed sound in mind, keeping the aggression and rawness pop-punk and post hardcore rely on while tightening low end, vocal presence and overall cohesion so the EP reads as intentional rather than just loud. A recording space can be arranged if needed, though existing tracked material works just as well as a starting point. Timeline would be confirmed once the scope of the EP, track count and current stage of production, is clear. Past production work can be shared to show that balance in practice.
