The board must fit comfortably inside the cabinet, so please keep your layout within 260 mm (W) × 190 mm (H) and use 2 oz copper. All core functions—amplifier stages, passive/active crossover networks, and an onboard Bluetooth module—have already been mapped out in a block diagram that I will share. Your job is to translate that diagram into a production-ready board, routing power and signal paths cleanly and meeting good audio-grade practices for noise, thermal management, and grounding. Once the schematic and layout are complete, I’ll need the standard fabrication package: • Gerber and drill files • Read-me with stack-up and copper weight notes • BOM with part numbers and footprints • Assembly drawing or pick-and-place file If you have experience squeezing low-noise audio amplifiers and Bluetooth onto tight two-layer boards, this should be straightforward.
