Video Editing Required

@konradno

The whole job hinges on making a swapped recording feel like one continuous, unedited interview — clean audio sync and matched pacing so nothing about the cut reads as reassembled. That's exactly the precision this needs. I'll replace your original segment with the new recording, sync it carefully against the interviewee's responses so the conversation flow feels natural, and set it up as picture-in-picture with you large and her small — clean, no unnecessary effects, just a seamless final edit. Given the urgency, I can prioritize a fast turnaround. Send over both recordings whenever you're ready and I'll get started right away.

@MuhammadAkif8

Can you upload the original Zoom recording and your new recording so I can begin the urgent edit? The main challenge is replacing only your video while keeping the interviewee perfectly synchronized, so the final picture in picture edit feels like one continuous Zoom interview rather than two separate recordings. I would remove your original footage, align your new recording with the existing interviewee audio and video, then build the large speaker and small interviewee layout with clean framing and consistent timing. I would also match audio levels, trim pauses where needed, and review the complete five minute video for sync issues before delivering the final export. I can start immediately and deliver the finished video urgently. I can also share relevant interview editing, Zoom video, picture in picture, and audio editing projects from my portfolio. Best regards, Akif U.

With extensive experience in video editing and creating picture-in-picture formats, I understand the need to seamlessly blend your new recording with the existing interviewee footage. I will edit the video to maintain a professional and cohesive flow, ensuring the focus remains on the interview content. My approach involves carefully syncing the audio and video, adjusting the layout for picture-in-picture, and refining the final product for a polished look. Do you have specific preferences for the layout of the picture-in-picture format, such as the positioning of the videos or any branding elements to include? https://www.freelancer.com/u/alphatechca Regards, Sahar H.

@Ahmedelbanna369

Hi, I can help with this. My approach: sync your new recording with the interviewee's existing audio/video, edit them together as one continuous conversation, then arrange as picture-in-picture (large video of you, smaller video of her) for a clean, flowing final cut — no unnecessary effects, just smooth transitions and matched audio levels. I work in DaVinci Resolve, which handles PiP layouts and multi-track editing well. Given the urgency and the ~5 minute runtime, I can prioritize this and turn it around quickly — let me know your deadline and I'll confirm timing once we're in touch. I can share relevant editing examples once in touch. Best regards, Ahmed

Hi there, I can take your existing interview recording, cleanly swap out your old video segment with your new recording, and set up the picture-in-picture layout precisely as you need. Working in professional video editing software, I will ensure the new footage of you is large and prominent while the interviewee appears in the smaller inset frame, carefully matching audio and video sync so the entire 5-minute conversation flows naturally like one seamless, professional interview. There is no need for flashy or complicated effects here—my focus will be entirely on clean cuts, smooth transitions, and a streamlined final output. Since you need this handled urgently, my schedule is wide open to start right away. Please share both video files along with any specific instructions, and I will have the final, polished interview ready for you within 24 hours. Let's get started! Best regards, Shahbaz

@BarryCrouch

Hey, For a five minute interview, the main thing is making the replacement recording feel like one continuous conversation rather than an obvious edit. I’d keep the interviewee intact, place your new recording as the main video with her in a smaller picture in picture frame, and match the cuts and audio closely enough to keep the flow natural. No unnecessary effects are needed here, so I’d focus on clean timing, framing, audio consistency, and a final check for any visible transitions. Do you already have the replacement recording ready, and is it recorded from the same camera angle and orientation as the original?

@PandeyXYZ

@ShahidSolutions

I can create your streamlined 5-minute picture-in-picture interview edit, replacing your part while keeping the interviewee. Please upload the original and new recordings so I can work from the actual footage.

@neoxth

Hey, I completely get what you are looking for. Stitching together a seamless, conversational mock interview under tight turnaround requires precise audio sync, natural pacing between questions and answers, and clean picture-in-picture (PiP) framing so the exchange feels organic, spontaneous, and recorded live in real time. I have extensive experience in multi-cam dialogue assembly, audio cleanup, and video compositing using Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. I specialize in matching room tones, aligning eye-line cues, trimming awkward pauses, and leveling mixed microphone audio to ensure the final 5-minute video plays smoothly from start to finish without jarring cuts.
