We are a small telephone answering service. We have installed Elastix/FreePBX and A2Billing, we also have a working and tested sip trunk and extensions.
We simply require a dummy account set up and tested with A2billing that conforms to the following billing profile;-
Customer pays a monthly subscription, that includes a DID number(s) with a (variable) number of free INBOUND minutes or calls, for calls in excess of the free allocation the customers pays a per minute charge (variable) that is calculated in increments (variable).
Calls answered by our receptionists on behalf of the customer may be greeted a call is then made to the customer, the caller is announced and the call is put through like any reception would do. In this case the customer pays a connection charge (variable) followed by an ongoing patch charge depending on termination (pin codes will be used by receptionists to allocate call costs to the correct customer extension).

NB: the Norango One service includes all of the required parameters and should be used as the benchmark for your bid and the account setup/rates/package would be based on a Norango One account.
