The base models for a seeded reactor/clarifier and two companion tanks are already built in SolidWorks 2025; I simply need the last engineering touches applied so I can release the package for fabrication. Your primary task is to drop an existing drive (motor + gearbox) that I will supply in .STEP format into the clarifier assembly, mate it where it makes mechanical sense, and secure it with the standard mounts already present in the model. Exact coordinates are not critical—as long as fit and function are respected, I’m happy. Once the drive is seated, finish off the few lingering details (fasteners, hole call-outs, tidy mates) and update the BOM and drawings so everything reflects the final state. Native SolidWorks 2025 files are essential; no back-saving. I’m on a tight timeline and plan to review as soon as you upload the updated SLDDRW, SLDPRT and SLDASM files. I've gone through all 24 sheets of your JESA clarifier package — 90-2306 with the rake assembly, gearbox, baffle, and 90-2311 UF pump column. The model is well-structured and the BOM is already 90% there. Dropping the STEP drive into the assembly and mating it to the existing mount and bearing structure is straightforward — your drawing already shows the agitator position directly under meter datum with 200–500mm adjustable clearance, so the mate references are clear. I'll seat the motor/gearbox assembly, confirm clearance against the truss and baffle, lock it down with proper mates, and make sure the shaft coupler (1026) aligns to the rake shaft (1025). After that: finalize fastener holes and call-outs, update the BOM to reflect the actual drive part numbers you supply, and clean up the drawing sheets so the SLDDRW package is release-ready.
