I will develop a fully converged Aspen (HYSYS) simulation with an integrated heat exchanger network using Energy Analyzer for reliable design and analysis. The study will include detailed thermal performance evaluation: temperatures, duties, pinch points, approach temperatures, and bottlenecks. All modelling assumptions (fluid properties, fouling, pressure drops) will be clearly documented within the simulation for full reproducibility. Deliverables include Aspen file & a concise thermal performance report.

I have already investigated the files you uploaded to your account, To ensure reliable convergence and reporting, I plan to use Aspen HYSYS/Plus for the main flowsheet, integrated with Aspen Energy Analyzer for pinch analysis and Aspen EDR for rigorous thermal evaluation, I will extract the heating and cooling demands, identify pinch points, and design a network that minimizes utility usage while avoiding temperature cross bottlenecks. I will clearly document every assumption—including fluid property packages, fouling factors, and pressure drop estimates—directly in the Aspen model notes so you can easily trace and reproduce my results.
