I need an Aspen simulation that focuses on full process design of a heat exchanger network. The goal is to build an accurate model and deliver a detailed thermal performance evaluation: temperatures, duties, pinch points, approach temperatures, and any bottlenecks that appear once the network is integrated into the overall process flow. You may work in Aspen Plus or HYSYS for the main flowsheet and use Exchanger Design & Rating (EDR) or Energy Analyzer for the network itself—whichever produces the most reliable convergence and reporting. Please document every assumption (fluid properties, fouling factors, pressure drops) directly in the model notes so I can reproduce your results.
