stuckup with paypal IPN

I m just trying to integrate a paypal's buy now button with my site

I have

1. Customized and create a button in a simple .htm file

2. succeded in sending 0.01 USD payment to myself through my dad's paypal a/c for testing

3. succeded in sending buyer to a thanks page on my site

4. Cut n pasted ASP code for IPN from payal's site in a file called [url removed, login to view]

5. Configured my paypal a/c and activated IPN, set it to On and given the URL of this [url removed, login to view], which I have loaded on a server

6. Written a few lines in [url removed, login to view] so as, when paypal communicates, it can retrieve the parameters and can send me an email informing them

Somehow its not working

Tried last 6 hrs, I have givenup now :(

Is there someone here who can help me for a small fee of 5/10 $
